THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ONCE A COURSE HAS BEEN STARTED.
- Not started yet? Request a refund through the support chat and it is issued back to your original payment method.
- A course counts as started the moment you open a lesson, take the test, build an action plan, or earn a certificate — even one lesson.
- All-access pass: refundable only if you have not started any course on the pass.
- Refreshers and directory listings are reviewed case by case by an administrator.
