1.Accepting these terms
The Black Wall Street Economy (“BWSE”), a DBA of Nexoria Enterprise, provides economic education, news, opportunity listings, a business directory, and member tools. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform. You must be at least 18 years old, or using the platform with the permission and supervision of a parent, guardian, or educator.
2.Member accounts
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your password confidential.
- One account per person. Accounts, course access, and certificates are personal and non-transferable.
- Sharing login credentials, reselling course access, or distributing course materials is grounds for immediate termination without refund.
- We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, harassment, scraping, or any activity that harms the platform or its members.
3.Purchases and pricing
- Individual Academy courses are $5. The all-access pass is $39. Refresher courses are $2.99. A paid business directory listing is $250.
- Graduates of a qualifying Academy course may list their business in the directory at no charge, as described on the directory page.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Prices may change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that purchase.
All purchases are governed by our Refund Policy, which you should read before buying.
4.Courses, certificates, and AI features
- Certificates recognize completion of BWSE coursework. They are not a professional license, accreditation, academic degree, or government credential.
- The AI coach, support assistant, and audio narration are automated tools. They can be wrong or incomplete. Verify anything important before acting on it.
- Documents you upload for AI review are processed to generate your feedback. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share.
- Course content, lessons, quizzes, action plans, and templates are licensed to you for personal or single-business use only.
5.Business directory listings
- You must have authority to list the business and must accurately state its ownership category — Black owned, Black founded, Black controlled, or Black led — as those terms are defined on our methodology page.
- Misrepresenting ownership, licensure, or credentials results in removal without refund.
- Listings are informational. Inclusion is not an endorsement, certification, or guarantee of quality, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a listed business.
- We may edit listings for length, clarity, and formatting, and may remove any listing at our discretion.
6.Opportunities and third-party links
Grants, loans, contracts, programs, and events shown in the Opportunity Center come from third parties, including federal sources such as Grants.gov and SAM.gov. We do not control eligibility rules, deadlines, award decisions, or application systems. Always confirm details on the official source page before you apply.
7.Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, bulk-download, or republish our content, data, or directory without written permission.
- Do not attempt to access another member’s account or any non-public part of the platform.
- Do not post unlawful, hateful, defamatory, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading content.
- Do not use the platform to solicit members for scams, unregistered investment offerings, or pyramid or multi-level recruitment schemes.
8.Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit — listings, comments, tips, and documents. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it on the platform and in related promotion. You confirm you have the rights to what you submit.
9.Our content
Articles, explainers, course materials, reports, graphics, audio narration, the BWSE name, and the BWSE logo are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Short quotations with clear attribution and a link back are welcome; wholesale republication is not.
10.Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is.” We make no guarantee of financial, business, contract, grant, employment, or investment results. See our Financial Disclaimer for details.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BWSE and Nexoria Enterprise are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
11.Termination and changes
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
12.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Nexoria Enterprise is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
